It's very easy, really. Go to our Pricing page and simply decide on the design package that best suits your needs. Click the drop-down button to select the option you want then click the payment option you want to use. You will then be redirected to our secure PayPal Checkout billing details window to fill in all the appropriate information. You can conveniently choose to pay with your PayPal account, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express.
Once you have completed your purchase please use our Contact page to let us know you are ready for your consultation. Make sure to include the best phone number and time of day to contact you. We will call you when we receive your notification to setup your consultation appointment. Easy peasy!

How long until I get my logo design?
Believe it or not, you'll hace your completed logo design in two weeks or less! Other places might make you pay more to “rush” you order, but at Wikiwiki Logos we’ll always deliver your initial concepts in just three business days or less. And don't forget, your completed logo design in two weeks or less!
In what file formats will I get my logo design?
We want you to be able to actually use your designs, so we’ll give you your design files in every file format you need, including:
- Ai
- Raw Vector (EPS)
- PNG
- JPG
- TIF
How do design revisions work?
We’ll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly iterative and collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, and we’ll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better. The faster you can provide feedback the faster we can get your logo design delivered.
Usually, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine part of one concept with part of another. Whatever the revision, big or small, we’ll continue to revise your design (according to the package you choose) until it’s absolutely perfect.

Who owns the copyright and/or trademark for my final logo design?
You do! Simple as that. Once your payment has cleared and you give us the thumbs up, we hand over your final approved design and it's all yours.
Do you guys do logo design contests?
Absolutely not. Every single project we are commissioned to do is handled in-house with absolute care and attention to your needs.
What photos, fonts, or designs can I use in my logo?
Well, for the most part photos are not used in logo designs. However, if it makes sense and looks good, and you really really need to have it, we'll do it for you. Otherwise we're pretty proud of the work we do and will not compromise our high standards simply to gain a new client. With that said, please think twice before pursuing a logo design that incorporates a photo you're in love with. Because 98 percent of the time it just won't work.

However we're experts at what we do, and again, we will not compromise our high standards simply to gain a new client. So if we say what you're looking for won't really work for you, but you insist on it anyway, we'll probably just refund your money and ask that you find a different logo design company to do business with. No hard feelings. We just care a lot about the quality of our work, and how you are represented by our work.

Can I use trademark™, registered®, or copyrighted© names in my logo?
Well, let's just say we are not in the business of giving legal advice and that this is a question better suited for an attorney to answer. Additionally, we are not in the business of finding out if what you are asking for is already in use.
Please use some common sense when deciding on what you would like to see as your logo, and don't infringe upon other people's rights. With that said, if we are blatantly asked to replicate another company's logo in some fashion or another, we simply won't do it. We have no interest in getting ourselves (or you for that matter) in any hot water.

Does every project come with a dedicated personal designer?
Yes! Every single design package we offer comes with a dedicated personal designer. A real person who is based in Honolulu, is friendly, and is an expert in all things design.

How can I get support with using my logo?
Normally a client would get support on how to use their logo from the printing company, website designer, marketing company, etc. that they are working with since most clients will not have the expensive software required to manipulate their logo design.
However if you are a do-it-yourselfer and have a simple question please feel free to email us. We'll do our best to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.

If you don't like any of the options we provide you at initial design presentation, you can cancel and refund minus our standard $100 dollar design setup fee (Stage 2). Once you select your favorite logo design and we start work on it there is no refunding alllowed (Stage 3).
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
